Apple provides good support to its users. Every iPhone has a one year of hardware repair coverage that includes limited warranty and complementary support of 90 days. There is an AppleCare protection plan you can purchase for extended service which must be purchased when your iPhone is under one – year original warranty. If you protect your Apple iPhone with AppleCare+ protection, you get extended coverage of two years and it is effective form the day of the purchase of the iPhone. It also includes accidental damage coverage of up to $79 service fee plus applicable tax for two such incidents.

If you have AppleCare protection plan and you sell your iPhone, then you can transfer the plan to the one whom you have sold your iPhone. To get the protection, you have to protect your documents – receipt of your iPhone purchase and receipt of your AppleCare protection plan.

Limitations of AppleCare Plan
